Who handles your inquiry

Ooventive is part of Genellipse Group Holding. We use information you send to understand your inquiry, evaluate whether there is a basis for a conversation, and respond to you.

Information you provide

The introduction form collects your name, email address, company or organization, an optional website, conversation type, company stage, selected support needs, and message. Please keep your initial introduction non-confidential and do not include identity documents, account credentials, financial account details, or confidential customer records.

What happens when you submit

When you select Send introduction, your entries are transmitted securely to our website on Cloudflare. The website validates the submission and sends an email to our team’s existing Genellipse inbox using Cloudflare’s email service. Your email address is included as the reply address so we can respond to you.

Inquiry details are saved in a private Cloudflare-hosted workspace so our team can assign an owner, record review notes, track status, and plan follow-up. Access requires a temporary sign-in code sent to our designated team inbox. Delivered messages are also retained in our business email system for handling the inquiry and related correspondence. We retain inquiry information while it is needed for evaluation, follow-up, and the resulting business relationship; you can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Inquiry contents are not written to application logs. Cloudflare and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and protect these services.

Technical information and abuse prevention

Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request information to operate and protect the website. The form uses request validation, an automated-submission trap, and temporary rate-limit counters based on IP address. These measures help reduce misuse; the website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects cookie-free page-performance and usage measurements to help us understand loading speed and improve the website.

Your browser and downloads

The website does not save your form entries in browser storage. Unsent entries remain in the open page while you work and may be lost if you navigate away or refresh. The founder toolkit calculates budgets and tracks checklist selections within the open page. Toolkit entries and notes are not submitted to Ooventive or saved by the site. Downloaded founder guides and worksheets are stored on your device under your control. Browser history, autofill, and other browser features are managed by your browser.

Other company websites

Portfolio links open the relevant company’s website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. The portfolio logos displayed here are served by Ooventive and do not require your browser to contact the associated company.
